Twin springs SMALLEY Reinforced , etc .
Reinforced springs consist of two wave springs with the same rolling cross section, the number of waves and turns. These products are also called twin springs. In them, two identical wave springs are connected in parallel, "screwing" into each other. Thus, the coils of one wave spring are supported by another along the entire length. An effective increase in the equivalent thickness of the coils provides such a structure with increased load and increased fatigue strength. Reinforced springs can be produced by special order.

About SMALLEY
The SMALLEY STEEL RING COMPANY (USA) was founded in 1918 and today is a world leader in the development and production of locking and thrust rings, as well as wave springs. The company's product line includes 10,000 standard products made of carbon and stainless steel, as well as custom-made products of special sizes made of various alloys.
-
quality
Every ring, every SMALLEY spring is designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards, using methods and processes that the company has been perfecting and grinding for over 75 years. -
application
SMALLEY supplies components mainly for the industries that require the highest quality and precision: electronics, instrumentation, aerospace, automotive, mechanical engineering, and agriculture. -
reliability
SMALLEY rings and springs, made by winding along the edge, acquire a longitudinal crystal microstructure, giving them exceptional strength, dimensional stability and predictable performance.
